I ordered from ashleyjewels.com the whole delivery process was a mess... the date kept changing, tracking wasn’t really helpful, and I never got a clear update about what was going on. It ended up arriving much later than they originally said. Frustrating experience overall... I don’t think I’d order from them again

I tried looking around ashleyjewels.com and it got annoying fast. The pages felt slow, and even simple stuff like checking sizes or product details took way more clicks than it should have...
The layout was also kind of messy on my phone. Some buttons were hard to tap, I kept having to go back and redo things, and after a while I just gave up before ordering. Not really the shopping experience I was hoping for...

The site does look nice overall, like the design is definitely there, but I don’t know, when I was clicking around it started to feel a bit busy to me. There’s a lot going on at once, so it looks good at first glance but maybe could use a little more breathing room...

I ordered this necklace and I don’t know, something about it just didn’t sit right with me. The packaging was way too plain, almost like they didn’t want you looking too closely, and the stamp didn’t match what I saw in the photos. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but it had that “is this actually the real thing or am I part of some quiet switcheroo?” feeling.

I reached out to customer service and they did reply, but their answer felt more like a careful dodge than an actual explanation. Maybe I just got unlucky, but the whole thing made me suspicious enough that I wouldn’t buy from them again unless they had clearer proof it’s genuine.

I wasn’t thrilled with my order from ashleyjewels.com. The piece looked a lot nicer in the pictures than it did when it showed up, and shipping took longer than I was expecting. Customer service did answer eventually, but it was slow and I felt like I had to keep explaining the same issue over and over, which got frustrating. It’s not the worst place to shop, but for the price, I expected better. I’m not sure I’d order from them again.

I sent the item back and I’m still waiting on my refund. What’s been most annoying is how unclear the communication has been, I don’t really know where things stand or when I’m supposed to expect my money back. The whole return process has just been a headache.

Jewelry was okay, but the packaging was rough. Box came smashed, no padding at all, looked like it was just tossed in a mailer.

The tracking updates were kind of delayed too, so I was sitting there like... is it moving or not?? The product itself was fine once it arrived, I just wish the delivery had been a bit quicker. Not a terrible experience, just average.

I ordered the gold ring and these geniuses sent me a silver one instead. Not exactly complicated, so I’m annoyed I have to deal with fixing their mistake.

The pieces are really and look good on, but after wearing them a few times, the clasp already feels a bit weak. I’m assuming it might loosen more with regular use, so the quality could definitely be better
